Flange Insert Check Valve F1, ASME B16.5 Class 150 and 300, Stainless Steel 316

Check-All® Flange Insert is designed to fit within an existing pipeline serving as the valve body. The valve is inserted between the pipe mating flanges. This provides a cost effective solution for valve requirements. Inlet and outlet connections fit into the pipeline having standard ASME B16.5 Pressure-Temperature Rating conform to Class 150 and Class 300. The valve is designed for standard schedule 40 pipe. The valve body is made from the same 316 stainless steel material as the valve poppet. Spring and Seal materials can be customized per specific customer requirements. Typical applications include in-line installations preventing back-flow. This check valve also can be used a low pressure relief valve or vacuum breaker by choosing low spring settings. This is a simple and economical check valve solution for ASME-flanged piping lines. For vertical installations where the poppet weight plus liquid column rest against the spring preload, select a heavier spring. Vibration and dynamic loads will affect the poppet staying shut. The valve is not designed for use in a piping line where line vibration or shock-load pressure hammer are present.
