Weld Fittings
Weld fittings are drawn and annealed 304 stainless steel tubing, bent and butt-welded to shapes. The weld seams inside crosses and tees are crevice-free to maximize cleanliness for ultra-high vacuum plumbing and process systems. Typical applications for these weld fittings are semiconductor process equipment, specifically, exhaust from a process reactor or roughing piping systems.
Weld vacuum elbows, with and without tangent extensions. The ends are chamfered.
Tube is bent 90 degrees. Choose from radius elbows with and without tangent extensions.
Internal passages are smooth, crevice-free butt welds providing maximum cleanliness for UHV applications.
Return weld fittings with chamfered ends, ready to build vacuum plumbing systems.
Three-way weld tees are butt-welded for maximum cleanliness in UHV applications. Tube ends are chamfered and ready to build vacuum plumbing systems.
4-Way, 5-Way, 6-Way weld crosses with smooth, crevice-free internal passages, providing maximum cleanliness for UHV applications.
